As a reminder, the next HIMSS Annual Conference kicks off on Saturday, April 4th, 2009 with preconference symposiums. Presentations, education sessions, the exhibition and the opening reception begin on Sunday, April 5th.

Bus Trip to Chicago
A fun, cost-saving networking opportunity like never before

It is now official!
In response to members' concerns regarding cost and time away from work, the Chapter board has negotiated an opportunity for networking and discounted travel to and from the April HIMSS09 conference.
The first 57 people who register will have the opportunity to network with their peers while relaxing in a comfortable custom coach bus configured for just such an occasion. Food and beverage will be provided along with a few games designed to help you get to know your peers in Healthcare.

No need for airport parking
No weight restriction on ‘gifts’ brought back from conference
No security hassles
No long taxi ride to the hotel from the airport
