Hosted by the Minnesota Chapter of HIMSS and the Carlson School of Management
at the University of Minnesota, the 7th Annual HIT Institute brings together IT
professionals, hospital and health plan executives, nurses, physicians and
academia for a one-day conference in Minneapolis. Educational content will be
scheduled in four simultaneous subject matter tracks: Technical, Clinical,
Payer/Finance, and Vendor. We hope you can join us for the conference. We hope you can join us for

Overall Program objectives:
1. Gain insight into how government policy, regulation, and priorities impact
the healthcare system.
2. Understand how technology will affect healthcare
for the consumer, payer and provider.
3. Learn how the vendor community is
responding to the evolving health IT landscape.
