Chapter Updates

  • Set a date and place for a Jan meeting

January 24 (Jan 17 is backup date) with Children's and Woodwinds being possible hosts

  • Transfer of Incorporation to national

All agreed this would not hurt the chapter and one benefit is that "Board Insurance" will be paid by National

  • Who gets our free registration to national meeting

Ray will send Mike's name to National. We can notify National of a name change later

  • Summary of leadership program

Ray and Bobbie gave an overview of the program. Sunday Feb 4th is the leadership program at the National program in New Orleans

  • MN-HIMSS reception at National

Tuesday, February 6th from 4pm to 6pm.

  • Publishing of meeting minutes

The board agreed that the minutes should be posted for the membership to read

Transfer web site to Inet7

Jonathan and Mike will look to move the chapter web site to Inet7. Currently the website resides on a system that is unsupported by the ISP.
