Nominations Committee

Lists of potential board members have been distributed to the committee. Committee members will make calls, collect names and send them to Bobbie the week of February 12th.

Membership database
National's membership database may not be completely up to date. Care will need to be taken when integrating chapter and national databases.

Vendor Presentation Requests
The chapter will not give vendors our membership list. Vendors who want to provide a presentation to the chapter must first submit the presentation to the board for review. If the board feels the presentation worthy, the board will notify the membership of the event. The chapter will send out invitations to ensure the membership list remains private.

February 3rd Reception at National Conference in New Orleans

  • Reception is from 5pm to 6pm
  • Bobbie spoke with HIMSS about keeping food costs under $500
  • Ray will look for sponsorship
