General Chapter Updates Nominations for Pres-Elect, Process - 
															Van, Ray 
														

														There was only one nomination, Shawna Schueller. Unanimously appointed by voice 
															vote of the Board. As Bill Sonterre will be stepping down as Membership chair, 
															Steve K. nominated Scott Azbill to Membership Chairperson. Scott was 
															unanimously appointed by voice vote of the Board. 
													

													
Program Updates - Shawna, Jeff

														May 22nd All-Day Program - Carlson School 
															Board approved paying for attendee parking even if doing so puts the event over 
															budget. Presentations must be to Shawna by Wednesday 5/21, Steve P. will follow 
															up with the speakers. Honorariums for the speakers will be sent with "thank 
															you" cards. They will be Chapter checks made out to the speaker, one speaker 
															per company, in the amount of $100.00. Shawna handed out a time-line and budget 
															update. The Board went over the time-line and made final adjustments. Handout 
															stuffing party will be Wednesday 5/21at the Carlson School of Management, 3pm, 
															room 4-118. Jeff and Shawna will bring back-up laptops. For the next event, 
															Scott will have a printable form on our web site for mail-in registration. The 
															form will include mailing address and our tax ID.
													

													
Scholarship Program - Steve
														

														Only 2 papers submitted. Steve P. handed out copies for Board members to read 
															and nominate one for the scholarship. Nominations due by Friday 5/16. Steve P. 
															will notify the Board and winner. Winner will receive check and present their 
															paper at the 5/22 event.
													

													
Sponsorship Update - Steve
														

														Fairview, Stonebridge, and the U of M have pledged Platinum sponsorship for 
															next year. Envoy and Cavio have pledged Gold sponsorship.
													

													
Treasurers Report - Cindy
															

														Cindy handed out FYTD P&L statement. Net income for April was 
															$579.80, total assets are $22,516.15. 
													

													
Publishing Update - Tom
														

														Per Tom, nothing new. 
													

													
Membership Update - Bill (Absent)

													
Educational Update - Ray 
															

															We do have CEU's for the May event. Scott will put a request button for CEU's 
															on the web site for future events.
