Dana recommended member survey and will talk to Bobbie and Pam. Perhaps a break-out session first and then a full seminar. Dana will obtain more information about this type of flexibility in the program and get back to Jeff.

Online voting for Chapter - Shawna
All agreed this was a good idea. Scott and Shawna will talk to vendors and National about this.

Chapter partnership strategy - Shawna
Tabled until after the December program.

Event promotion strategy - Shawna
It was decided to talk to Sponsor and local CIO's to see how best to go about this. Tom will make a list of CIO's (or contacts) and Shawna will contact those on the list.

Innovation Award update - Shawna
No news from National, nothing in our PO box.

Chapter reception at HIMSS National - Shawna
There will be no National reception. Shawna will talk to National to find out where is best, time and date will be Monday from 5pm to 7pm. Stonebridge offered to host the reception 50/50 with the Chapter, food and drink (2drink limit), and board accepted the offer.

Results of survey re: change of event starting time - Bobbie/Pam
Survey was drawn up but not distributed. Should add survey to December program evaluation.

Information in Newsletter, e-mail, and is on web. Jeff and Shawna will be at Mayo. Shawna will lead the program from there.

Sponsorship Update - Steve P.
Steve P. is teaching class on Board meeting nights. He will update Dana prior to each meeting. So far there are no Sponsorship checks from Caveo or Fairview. Dana will follow up with Steve P. by e-mail. Bobbie, Pam, and Steve P. should meet to discuss the Scholarship.

Treasurers Report - Cindy
Tax return done and mailed. Total equity - $31,523.82, total income - $7,252.54.

Newsletter articles due by Friday, 11-14

There are still no numbers from National. Dana and Scott are looking into this.
